Student Registration

Please ensure you complete this registration form at the beginning of your KUF training. Registration is essential in order to access the resources area of the website.

This registration form also contains a questionnaire to assess your current level of training. Please note that your response is treated as anonymous.

The information collated from the questionnaire will be secure and your individual returns will not be shared. The collated results will be shown in a high-level format and the representation will be presented in percentages rather than numbers for each category.
